Easy Sandwich Bread - Pullman Loaf Recipe (Pain de mie)
Pain de mie is a French sandwich bread with four square corners baked in a Pullman loaf pan. I made this loaf with fresh milled four using a mock mill, but I also use store bought plain flour!
