Ingredients
- gm plain flour
- fine white or brown rice flour
- baking powder
- baking soda
- salt
- gm chilled butter, cut into small pieces
- green chilies, deseeded and chopped
- inch piece of ginger, finely grated
- whole peppercorn, crushed coarsely
- cumin seeds, toasted and crushed coarsely
- granulated sugar
- finely chopped curry leaves
- finely chopped fresh coriander
- to 4 Tbsp cold yogurt
- black or white sesame seeds
- A little oil to brush the tops of the biscuits/ cookies
