- block sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- block Colby Jack cheese, grated
- cream cheese, softened
- Alouette Sun-Dried Tomato and Basil cheese spread or your favourite variety
- mayonnaise
- thinly sliced green onions, green parts only
- coarsely ground black pepper
- large jar pimento, diced and drained
- Corn chips, French bread cubes and/or bagel chips
