Mango tarts recipe
A great dessert using fresh mangoes baked on pastry cases. This is easy to make with ready made pastry. Chopped pistachios are sprinkled on top for added crunch.

- butter, melted
- large, ripe mango
- caster sugar
- ground ginger or cinnamon, optional
- good tbs apricot jam, warmed
- chopped pistachios
