• olive or rapeseed oil
• onion finely chopped
• medium sticks celery finely chopped
• yellow pepper chopped
• red pepper chopped
• cooking chorizo sausages
• pork sausages
• fat garlic cloves chopped
• sweet smoked paprika
• ground cumin
• dried thyme
• white wine
• x 400g cans cherry tomatoes or chopped tomatoes
• sprigs fresh thyme
• chicken stock cube
• x 400g can aduki beans drained and rinsed
• bunch chives snipped
