Sweet and Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

• salt 1/2 tsp
• pepper 1/2 tsp
• balsamic vinegar
• olive oil
• tbs honey or maple syrup I ve been using honey only and 2 TBsp
• dijon mustard
• dried thyme watch for old so I put a few twigs of fresh thyme
• garlic minced I grate finely
