Cherry and Thyme Clafoutis
For this super-easy Cherry and Thyme Clafoutis, all you need is a bag of frozen fruit and some regular food-cupboard ingredients. Based on the traditional baked French dessert, this custardy treat has been given a herby twist with the addition of thyme to bring out the flavour of the cherries – or try a grind of black pepper instead.
