Cherry and Thyme Clafoutis

Cherry and Thyme Clafoutis

For this super-easy Cherry and Thyme Clafoutis, all you need is a bag of frozen fruit and some regular food-cupboard ingredients. Based on the traditional baked French dessert, this custardy treat has been given a herby twist with the addition of thyme to bring out the flavour of the cherries – or try a grind of black pepper instead. Make the most of frozen fruit with more of food writer Jess Elliott Dennison’s recipes, from nifty One-Bowl Fruity Yoghurt Muffins to a crisp and golden Caramelised Pineapple, Brown Sugar and Lime Pie.
