A refreshing peach iced tea with a taste of the tropics with a splash of coconut rum. Equally delicious without the addition of rum for a refreshing non-alcoholic summer beverage.

- ripe peaches, skin on, thinly sliced
- ripe peach, peeled, sliced
- granulated sugar or super fine sugar
- room temperature water
- coconut rum
