Tamarind Paneer with Mint, Parsley and Apple Chutney

Tamarind Paneer with Mint, Parsley and Apple Chutney

This recipe by Romy Gill makes great use of paneer. This Indian cheese has little taste on its own but it takes on flavour well when it’s marinated with spices, as it is in this recipe. In India, you’ll often find it used in curries, wraps, pakoras and even sweet dishes. We love it paired with this sweet, herby chutney.
