Rum Punch
This takes a little bit of effort, but it’s worth it – a rum punch doesn’t have to taste like a sugar filled fruit puree. It does however need to be packed with flavor and this one delivers.

- of hot water
- of black tea
- + 1/2 oz of rum
- of lemon juice
- simple syrup
- Grated nutmeg for garnish
