My mom loved doing this. She also made grits and eggs with fresh squeezed orange juice. My mom didn’t make her own coffee cake. She bought frozen Sarah Lee’s Butter Streusel cake, adding copious amounts of butter on top while re-heating. I was stuffed the whole day.
