Ingredients
- eggs - 4 egg yolks
- white wine - 1/5 cup dry
- sugar - 1/5 cup
- vanilla - drops of essence + 1 ampoule vanilla rum
- lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- gelatin - 1 tablespoon, optional
- liquid cream - 1/5 cup
- raspberries - 1 1/5 cups , can use strawberries or other fruits
- sugar - 1 - 2 tablespoons, for the fruits
