Moroccan Tagine with Quorn Pieces

Serve simply with fluffy couscous and garnish with coriander.

  • tin chickpeas, drained
  • cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • roughly chopped coriander, plus extra for garnishing
