Italian meatball traybake

- pork mince
- fresh breadcrumbs
- small onion, finely chopped
- garlic cloves, crushed
- large lemon, zested
- of dried thyme
- of dried oregano
- large egg
- For the bake
- butternut squash
- garlic bulb, broken into cloves but unpeeled
- olive oil
- cherry tomatoes
- Tenderstem broccoli, each stem broken in half
- Juice of 1 lemon
