Sesame Noodles with Peas
This is a great dish for a potluck, as sesame noodles are kid-friendly and taste great hot, cold, or in between. The chili oil gives the noodles a little spicy bite, but if your family doesn’t like spicy food, substitute toasted sesame oil instead. Scramble member Carolyn Day Flowers said, “This recipe is my secret weapon for preparing dinner in advance for my family when I travel out of town. My husband can heat it up in the microwave or they can eat it cold.”
