Char Siu Bao

Ingredients

• bread flour
• cake flour
• milk, room temperature
• heavy cream, room temperature
• sugar
• large egg
• active dry yeast
• salt
• high heat oil
• Char Siu, cooked and finely diced
• chicken stock
• all purpose flour
• oyster sauce
• light soy sauce
• dark soy sauce
• sesame oil
• Sesame seeds, egg wash, 1 tbsp of sugar in 1 tbsp of hot water
