Garlic Yogurt Dip
A creamy strained-yogurt garlic dip finished with sesame, parsley and optional dried tomatoes and mayonnaise.

Ingredients
- Strained yogurt — 500 g
- Garlic — 3 pcs
- Sesame seeds — 2 tbsp
- Olive oil
- Mayonnaise (optional)
- Parsley
- Salt
- Dried tomatoes
- Red pepper flakes
Steps
- Peel and finely crush or mince the garlic.
- In a bowl, combine the strained yogurt, the crushed garlic, sesame seeds, and a pinch of salt; mix until smooth.
- Stir in a drizzle of olive oil and mayonnaise to taste if using, then fold in chopped parsley.
- If using dried tomatoes, chop them and gently fold into the dip.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle a little extra olive oil on top and finish with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes and extra sesame or parsley if desired.
